Inequality affects us all. In my student and professional life as a white woman, I have been fortunate to have been supervised by inspiring mentors, yet all have been white and male (n=7). This has left me with logistical and existential questions such as:

- Must I behave like my (male) mentors?
- What does success as a woman sound, look and feel like in the workforce?
